Our menus are changed every day - twice a day - as we try to keep up with the changing seasons.

 

Many of the recipes feature in the BOCCA cookbook.

Our wines all say 'Salute!' - 'To your health!' - and are sourced with a great deal of care and attention. As with the food, we seek out familiar favourites and obscure gems. All our wines are Italian, and we consider each to be a prime example of its type, and each to offer great value for its price. The list is not exactly short, but Italy is home to over 500 varieties of grape. 

 

We update the menu below once a week, as a guide to our seasonal produce, and apologise for any discrepancies when you visit.

- pickled saffron milk caps (subject to daily availability – on bad days, pickled tropea onions instead)

- chilli-marinated fish fry (i.e. fish hatchlings – not fried fish) on toast
