"Suckling pig is a cornerstone of the menu at Bocca di Lupo. In part, because we love it – especially roast, or braised in milk like today. But also because, whilst most of our suppliers make more than one product, our suckling pig supplier is so specialist they produce only suckling pigs in various sizes. I like to support all my suppliers, and feel obliged to keep suckling pig always on the menu (with other suppliers, I can change my menu without them going hungry)."  Jacob Kenedy

This dish includes a side of spinach and potatoes.

You will be provided with all the necessary ingredients to complete this dish for 2 persons. It will have 5 steps which are detailed on a recipe card, a youtube video, and a group Zoom cook-along.

Allergens/Dietary -All packs of this dish contain dairy, celery, and alliums. All ingredients are essential and cannot be substituted. All packs prepared in a mixed kitchen, we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen. 

You will need:
- 1 smallish saucepan with a lid
- 1 smallish roasting dish
- 1 small (20cm-ish) frying pan

Your pack serves 2 as a main, and contains:

  1. Suckling pig braised in milk, with more fresh milk added for you to finish the braising at home
  2. Par-roasted potatoes
  3. Spinach (boiled and squeezed), (includes separate containers of butter with a sprinkle of nutmeg and grated parmesan)

ENJOY! This is a delicate dish, best with a light, etherial red or intelligently oaked or oxidative white
